Delivery of the quality certificate IFS FOOD

Since last April 28, 2016, we have the quality certificate IFS Food for our Majorcan sobrasada. The IFS FOOD safety protocol is a mark of conformity required by European distribution entities, specific to the food industries, which serves to ensure that its products meet the highest parameters of quality, safety and legality, and that satisfies one of the most demanding standards in relation to food safety, quality of facilities and production processes, always with the premise of continuous improvement.

On June9, 2016, in an act that was attended by the Councillor of Agriculture Vicenç Vidal, the Director of Agriculture Mateu Ginard and the Director of FOGAIBA Guillem Rosselló among other authorities, we were delivered the mentioned certificate.

With the obtaining of this certificate by the company and our Majorcan sobrasada brans Crisol, we seek to generater greater trust to customers and reflects the clear commitment to quality, brand image in our products, as well as we hope to open doors to new international markets, where these requirements are indispensable.
